Enjoy Life Element 5 Ltd operates several websites and is part of a group of companies. Information you give My Case is used only for My Case. It is not used by our other websites or Group companies for their own purposes.
Your name, contact details, the court documents you upload and what you tell us about your case. Payment is handled by Revolut; we do not see your card details.
To analyse your case and prepare your documents (performance of a contract, UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Where your documents contain information about health or criminal matters, we process it only to help you establish or defend a legal claim (Article 9(2)(f)).
We use your email and date of birth so you can get back to your cases.
