Your case, in safe hands
Add your papers and tell us what happened. We'll show you where you stand and how urgent your deadline is — free, in a few minutes.
Find out your timeline
For a claim form issued by the County Court or High Court. Enter the date the claim was posted or delivered to you. We apply the deemed service rule (CPR 6.14), skip weekends and bank holidays in England and Wales, and count forward.
1. Enter the date. 2. Choose how it arrived. 3. Tick the boxes. 4. Press the button.
- Enter the date and press Find out your timeline. You'll pay securely with Revolut — the payment shows as ENJOY LIFE ELEMENT 5 LTD — and come straight back here to see your dates.
These dates assume the particulars of claim came with the claim form. If they came later, your time runs from when you received them. Always check the dates printed on the court's response pack.

How it works, step by step
- Find your papers. Get every letter and court document about the case: the claim form, letters from the other side, court orders, and anything that proves your side (receipts, bank statements, emails, photos).
- Add them. In “Start your case”, drag the files in or tap the box. On a phone you can take a photo of each page. Make sure the whole page is in the photo and the text is sharp.
- Write what happened. In your own words: what you were sent, when, and what you want — to pay, to fight it, to get more time, or to appeal. Include dates and amounts if you know them.
- Fill in your details. Your full name, date of birth, address, postcode and email are needed because they go on your court forms. Add your claim number if you have one — it is printed on your court papers.
- Press “Analyse my case”. Wait 1–3 minutes. You'll see where you stand and how urgent your deadline is — free.
- Choose what you need. See your exact deadline for £10, or get your full strategy and the right court form filled in for £49 (£199 with a personal review). Tick the box to accept the terms, then pay securely and come straight back.
- Download your forms and report. Under “Your court forms” you'll find your main form ready to download. If your case needs other forms, they are listed with what they are for and when to use them — press “Fill in” and the form is filled in for you in 1–2 minutes. Download your full case report as a PDF at the bottom.
- Come back any time. Press My cases — Press here to check your case at the top. On the same phone or computer you go straight in. On another device, type your email and date of birth. To add a new letter or court order, press Add new papers (£20).
- Sign and send (optional, £29). Sign once on screen and we add your signature to every form and prepare the email to the court — you just attach the forms and press Send.
- Check, sign and send. Read every answer, correct anything that is wrong, sign the statement of truth yourself, and send the forms to the court and the other side before the deadline. Keep copies.
Questions
What files can I upload?
PDFs and photos (JPG, PNG, iPhone photos), up to 6 files and 4 MB in total. Large photos are made smaller automatically.
I don't have any papers. Can I still use it?
Yes. Just write what happened. The more dates, names and amounts you include, the better the result.
I only have paper copies.
Take a photo of each page with your phone. Lay the page flat, in good light, with the whole page in the picture.
Why do you need my date of birth and address?
Court forms ask for them. We put them on your forms for you, so you don't have to fill them in by hand.
What if I don't have a claim number?
Leave it blank. If you have received a letter before claim, there is no claim number yet. If your papers show one, we will find it.
How long does it take?
The analysis takes 1–3 minutes. Each extra form takes 1–2 minutes to fill in. Keep the page open while it works.
What does it cost?
The first analysis is free. Your exact deadline costs £10. Your full strategy, full case report and the main court form filled in cost £49. With a 30-minute personal review of your file it's £199. Just need one court form filled in, without a strategy? That costs £25. Each extra court form in your case costs £15. Updating your case with new papers costs £20. The timeline tool costs £10. You pay once — no subscription.
My case needs more than one form. What do I do?
After you unlock your case, “Your court forms” lists every form your case may need, with what each one is for and when to use it. Your main form is included. Each extra form costs £15 — press “Fill in” next to the form you need, pay, and it is filled in for you. With the personal review, all forms are included. You can also choose any other form under “Need another form?”.
Will the court accept the forms?
We use the official HMCTS forms from gov.uk, made for the County Court, High Court and Family Court in England and Wales. They are not for courts in Scotland, Northern Ireland or other countries. You must check every answer, sign the statement of truth yourself and send the forms before your deadline.
Is the strategy something I have to follow?
No. It is a guide, not an instruction. We explain why it can work, what could go wrong and what other options you have. You decide what to do.
Is this legal advice?
No. We are not solicitors. We give you legal information and prepare documents for you to check and file yourself.
My deadline has already passed. What now?
Act today. Often you can still ask the court for more time or to set aside a judgment, but delay makes it harder. Start your case and say that the deadline has passed.
Where does the information come from?
Your strategy is based on your papers and on official UK government sources: the law on legislation.gov.uk, the Civil Procedure Rules on justice.gov.uk, judgments from Find Case Law (The National Archives) and the official HMCTS court forms from gov.uk. Every law we rely on is checked against these sources and marked as verified.
Who sees my documents?
Only our system, to analyse your case. Your documents are not shared with the other side or the court. See our privacy notice.
Can I get my money back?
No. Your strategy and forms are delivered straight after you pay, so there are no refunds once you have received them. See our terms.
How do I get back to my case?
Press My cases — Press here to check your case at the top. On the same phone or computer you go straight in. On another device, type the email and date of birth you used.
How do I update my case?
Open My cases and press “Add new papers” under your case. Upload the new letter, court order or notice, and write what has changed. We analyse the update together with your earlier case and prepare new forms if you need them. Seeing what has changed is free; your updated strategy, deadlines and form cost £20.
How do I keep track of my deadlines?
Open My cases. Each case shows your next deadline and how many days are left. Put the dates in your own calendar too.
Do you send my forms to the court?
No. You send them yourself — we make it as easy as possible. For £29 you sign once on screen, we add your signature in blue, the date and your name to your forms, and open a ready-made email to the court. You attach your forms and press Send from your own email. We never file or serve documents for you.
Which email address do I send my forms to?
Your case page shows it under Where to send your forms. For the Court of Appeal (Civil Division), the King's Bench Division of the High Court and the Royal Courts of Justice Fees Office we show the official HMCTS email addresses. For every other court — for example a County Court or the Family Court — we show you the court's name and a link to the official Court and Tribunal Finder on gov.uk, where you find its email and address.
How do I know I am sending it to the right court or department?
Use the court and claim number printed on your court papers — they tell you which court is dealing with your case. Our case page tells you which court the form goes to, based on your papers. Always put your claim number in the email subject, send a copy to the other side, and keep a copy of everything you send.
How do I contact you?
Use our contact form. We reply by email, usually within 2 working days.
Search the law yourself
Look up Acts of Parliament from legislation.gov.uk and court judgments from Find Case Law, both run by The National Archives.
